Five Lesbian Brothers come to The Secretaries!
-
June 5, 2009
Babs Davy, Lisa Kron & Mo Angelos, three of The Five Lesbian Brothers, came to one of Project:Theater's final performances of The Secretaries.
They laughed, they air-punched, they drank beer with us afterwards....it was a spectacular night. Meeting them and hearing about their original productiong, fake axe heads and all, was a true pleasure.
It turns out one of the ladies owns land less than an hour away from my father in West Virginia! Small, wonderful, suprising world...thank you for letting Project:Theater into the lives of such brave and fantastic theater artists.
Upcoming Show

April 27, 2009
Project:Theater presents The Secretaries by the Five Lesbian Brothers.
Patty Johnson enters Cooney Lumber Mill in Big Bone, Oregon as a naive yet ambitious young receptionist. Before long she's hurtling through a dark and bloody forest of lust, slim fast shakes, and chainsaws.
The Secretaries runs May 21-June 6 at The 78th Street Theater Lab.

Reading at RED BULL THEATER
-
March 8, 2009
On Monday March 2nd, KJ Sanchez directed a reading of The Siege of Numantia at the Red Bull Theater. It was a fantastic honor to be alongside Emily Ackerman, Eric Hissom, Aysan Celik and other fantastic actors.
The Rivals
-
February 6, 2009
This is not going to be your everyday, average production of The Rivals. Instead of the quaint Bath, England of yore, we've updated the setting to reflect present day Las Vegas. The set may or may not contain stripper poles.
The cast and creative team are wonderful! Plus, I'm getting the unbelievable opportunity of working alongside Jenna Kirk, my insanely talented friend from Greensboro College.
The Rivals is sure to be an exciting, naughty night in the theater!
Happy New Year

January 8, 2009
This coming Monday-Wednesday, January 12-14, I will be performing at the Manhattan Theatre Source at 8pm each night.
The rehearsal process has been so much fun. Laura and the cast have been up for trying silly, strange, and creative ways to tell this story. Richard Vetere, the playwright, also penned the novel that served as the inspiration for the film The Third Miracle starring Ed Harris! It's been blast working on The Epic Story of Love & Sex Told in Ten Minutes: Chapter One.
